We have done extremely well so far on staying on track. Wednesday we had a potluck dinner at some friends house and it was REALLY hard to stay on our whole foods. Most of the items were picked up from a store or was regular pasta. I was hoping to make an entre for my family to take that would allow us to stay on our plan but I woke up that morning with a migraine. So we picked up a fruit tray and I made some Hangop dip. I could eat that stuff by the spoonful!
Also I'm proud to say that I am officially down five pounds! WOOHOOO! I can't wait until I get back to my pre-quitting smoking weight. I still have a quite a ways to go but by golly I'll get there. I think that this challenge is really going to help not only me but my entire family to get healthy.

Me too, want some fresh salad! This spring has been a long dark cold slog in Oregon. I am soooooo ready for summer!
I am from Oregon originally and have some family still living there. This spring has been a wet one here too. It's a few days of sunshine followed by a week of rain. I need more sunny days then rainy days.. lo.
