Well week one has for the most part been planned out and is ready to go! I still need to get my grocery shopping done and print out a copy of our weekly menu for the fridge. For some reason if it's printed and right in front of me I'm more likely to stick to it. lol Here is our weekly menu plan for the rest of this week.
Friday
Breakfast: Apple Spiced Steel Cut Oats
Lunch: Black Bean and Cilantro Quesadillas
Dinner: Chicken Pasta with whole wheat Biscuits and salad
Saturday
Breakfast: Egg Drop
Lunch: Left over Chicken Pasta
Dinner: Fajitas with whole wheat tortillas
