I have also really enjoyed being able to share our progress with you all, our family and close friends. Telling them how this challenge has worked out for us and what hasn't. I hope that our journey will ignite others to attempt this life style change as well. Even if it's for 30 days. Any change that makes us healthy is a step forward.
I was thinking this morning how once this challenge is over what we would be keeping and what things we would bring back. I for SURE can't wait for my chocolate and my baking. I absolutely LOVE to bake and have been having some withdrawls from my cupcakes, cookies and other yummy desserts. sniff sniff. We will be keeping a lot of the vegetarian recipes and eating the whole wheat breads with the occasional sweet white bread to go with soups and stews. Oh and taco shells. I miss tacos.. curse them for being deep-fat fried! lol
